have latest 365 as of 1/10/2022; the 64-bit wks9pxy.cnv gets pass the "cannot start" error msg. Now the simple format files open okay, but files with pics and columns do not line up. Thanks for the help anyway.
Reply: If your computer is experiencing these kinds of problems frequently, my guess is that the operating system has been corrupted by malware. I suggest you check the system with antivirus software.
