Reply: As for the problem, I don't think it is related to the file tallylic9xserver.exe. It may be caused by incompatibility of tally and system after the operating system upgrade. You can try the following methods:
1. Click "Start", click "Run", enter "sysdm.cpl" and click OK.
2. Click the "Advanced" tab and click the "Settings" button under "Performance";
3. Click on the "Data Execution Prevention" tab, select "Enable DEP(U) for all programs and services except the ones selected below", then click on "Add" to add tally's startup program and finally click on the following "OK".
