Reply: I think your problem is not related to the viewuserguide.exe file. There are two reasons for this problem:

1. It may be that your operating system is infected with a virus, causing the printer driver to be corrupted. You should first find anti-virus software to check if your operating system is infected with a virus.

2. In the case of confirming that the operating system is not infected by a virus, there may be a problem with the powder cartridge. You can do this:

1) Go to Samsung's official website and re-download the latest drivers for Samsung M2020, and then install.
2) Open the front door or top cover.
3) Pull the toner cartridge out and remove it from the printer.
4) Gently shake the toner cartridge 5 to 6 times to distribute the toner evenly.
5) Pull the toner cartridge handle and hold it, insert the toner cartridge into the machine until it snaps into place.
6) Close the front door.

After completing the above operations, if you cannot solve the problem, we recommend that you replace the Samsung original toner cartridge.

This Samsung M2020 printer has high requirements for powder cartridge which must be original, and should be placed in the designated position during the installation process; if the position of the toner cartridge moves during use, or the ink in the toner cartridge is not leveling, there will also be a variety of inexplicable problems.
